Job Description

General Summary:

Driver Technician for The Mint Dispensary, you will be working closely with store

managers, marketing and production departments to ensure all orders of supplies and

medicated products are delivered from our hub store or warehouse to other store

locations. Specialists will be responsible for building transfers and ensuring the correct

splits of products and amounts that are being transferred are on the manifests.

Specialists will make all deliveries of medicated products and other supplies to company

locations while following FDOT regulations. Accountable for reporting required

vehicle maintenance and keeping all transfer vehicles clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build, Organize, and Deliver medical/recreational marijuana products to various Mint
• Dispensary locations
• Collect and deliver deposits and financial tools to locations and finance offices
• Drive company vehicles to locations following and obeying rules of the road
• Help deliver items to multiple locations throughout the company, ie. Warehouse,
• Dispensaries, Wholesale companies
• Pick up and deliver orders from wholesale locations to Mint HUB location
• Work with other departments to ensure all products and services are ready for success
• Help and train within other departments to finish tasks in a quick but correct time frame

Qualifications:

• A flexible schedule, including daytime, nights, and weekend availability to meet the needs of the business
• Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age
• Applicant must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company
• Valid Florida Identification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 35lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours)
• Has a strong record of reliable attendance. A flexible schedule, including daytime, nights, and weekend availability to meet the needs of the business
