Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and responsible Cannabis Delivery Drivers & Dispatcher to join our team at Icky Delivery in Culver City. This role involves delivering cannabis products safely and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. If you have a valid California driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
● Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
● Follow all traffic laws and company policies regarding delivery operations.
● Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state regulations.
● Process payments and use the company-provided work phone for deliveries.
● Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
● Keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage for reimbursement purposes.
● Maintain communication with dispatch and report any delays or issues.
Minimum Requirements:
● Must be at least 21 years old.
● Must possess a valid California driver’s license.
● Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
● Consent to a motor vehicle history check and LiveScan/background check.
● Must be able to work full 8-hour shifts when scheduled.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to move, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
● Regularly perform repetitive motions, including carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, reaching, and stretching.
● Ability to stand for extended periods (with breaks) while maintaining focus.
● Ability to move around uneven terrain safely.

● Basic math skills for processing transactions.
