Pride Health is hiring a Dialysis RN (Perm./FT) to support our client’s medical facility in Milwaukee, WI . This is a Permanent/Full-Time opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position: Dialysis RN (Full-Time)

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Employment Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Saturday (40 hours guaranteed)

Salary Range: $75,000 - $93,000 annually (dependent on experience) + Benefits

Job Overview:

Our Registered Nurses (RNs) play a vital role in patient care, working to improve the quality of life for every patient. You will oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians, conducting patient observations, measuring vital stats, and setting up machines. The role focuses on building strong relationships and bonds with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide care to patients, supported by care technicians.
• Perform patient observations, vital stat measurements, and machine setups.
• Foster relationships with patients and their families to ensure excellent care.

Submission Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of chronic dialysis experience (required, listed on resume).
• Charge RN Experience: Must have experience as a Charge RN in a dialysis setting (required, listed on resume).
• Charge RN Capability: Must be willing and able to take on Charge RN responsibilities.
• FMC & EMR Abilities: Experience with FMC and EMR systems is required.
• Certifications: BLS certification required (may be obtained post-submission).
• Licenses: An active RN license was issued in Wisconsin at the time of submission.
