Development Director

with a passion for guiding prospective business owners on a transformative journey? Are you skilled at building strong, consultative relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Franchise Sales Director.

Position Overview: As a Franchise Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth, responsible for guiding prospective franchise owners through the discovery process, from their initial inquiry to closing the deal. This highly consultative role requires a deep understanding of our franchise brand, as well as the ability to partner with prospective owners to understand their unique needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales:

Act as an advisor to prospective franchise owners, guiding them through the discovery process from their initial inquiry to closing the deal.

Needs Assessment:

Partner with prospective owners to deeply understand their individual needs, objectives, and business aspirations. Tailor your approach to each individual's unique circumstances.

Franchise Brand Expertise:

Provide comprehensive consultation on our franchise brand, explaining key aspects of ownership, and acting as a strategic partner to align our offerings with the prospective owner's business needs.

Ongoing Support:

Continually engage and support prospective owners throughout the entire sales process, ensuring they have all the information and resources needed to make an informed decision.

Value Proposition:

Effectively communicate the value proposition of our franchise opportunities through compelling proposals and presentations.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet and exceed annual sales targets, demonstrating your ability to drive results in a performance-based environment.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with franchise prospects, fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of Consultative sales success, ideally with intangible products or services like insurance or real estate.

Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the unique needs and objectives of prespective franchise owners.

Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.

Experience in the franchise industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

$50,000 base salary per year plus unlimited commission opportunity, and bonus potential. Potential to earn $200,000 plus annually.
