Job Description

Control Air Enterprises LLC is looking for an experienced and professional Dispatcher (HVAC) who can immediately join our Service division. We are looking for a Technical HVAC person with 2-5 years of experience (a Bachelor’s Degree a plus in any field but not a requirement) to work in our professional office environment.

Skills required include the following:

1. Excellent customer service and relationship skill.
2. High level of both verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong HVAC technical skills.
4. Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Outlook).
5. Highly organized.
6. Good planner and critical thinker with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining high level of professionalism and mentorship.
7. Must be a great team player with the ability to lead by example and desire the opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include the following:

1. Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
2. Technical review of Service performed in the field daily.
3. Facilitate support and training as needed to customer service staff.
4. Provide and facilitate interface between customer service and field operations.
5. Support field service technicians to various projects/jobs.
6. Follow-up with service technicians to verify tasks completed.
7. Maintain Dispatch Board.
8. Coordinate various paperwork/documentation generated by field technicians (service work orders, reports, safety meetings, timecards, vehicle maintenance, etc.).
9. Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $26 - $35 Hourly
