Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer Location Hybrid work in Irving, TX :

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our tech-driven team, dedicated to optimizing business processes and enhancing customer relationships through advanced CRM solutions and innovative web functionalities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to improve business operations and customer engagement.

• Build and maintain dynamic websites using Microsoft Power Pages, integrating seamlessly with our Dynamics 365 environment.

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dataverse as per business needs.

• Design and implement applications using Microsoft Power Apps, and automate processes with Microsoft Power Automate.

• Extend functionality through JavaScript, Web APIs, and other integrations to connect with external services.

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design solutions that meet both technical specifications and business goals.

• Focus on delivering a superior user experience (UX) in all developed solutions, ensuring ease of use, accessibility, and impactful customer interaction.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and ongoing support.

• Adhere to best practices in development, security, and data management, with a special focus on enhancing user satisfaction and customer journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM development.

• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, JavaScript, and API integrations.

• Experience in system design and integration, with a focus on user-centered design principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

• Effective communication skills, with a capability to translate technical solutions into user-friendly experiences.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
