Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet business needs.
• Customise entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Document functional specifications and solution designs.
• Work with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, PL-200) are a plus.
