As the EHS Manager you will lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across a large site with 250+ employees. 

What You'll Do - Results:

• Meet or exceed KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and service  

• Reduce workplace incidents and workers’ compensation claims 

• Achieving successful internal and external audit outcomes 

• Improve employee EHS training completion and comprehension rates 

• Reduce EHS-related costs through prevention and process improvements 

• Success in leading / supporting cultural transformations

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience managing EHS issues

• Proven ability to lead EHS programs in manufacturing and distribution environments

• ​Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)​

• Skilled in incident investigation and risk mitigation​

• Effective communicator and trainer with employee engagement experience​

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS systems​

• Familiar with ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and fire prevention​

• Holds relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH, PE) and technical background in EHS or related fields ​

   

Work Schedule & Travel: 

• Continuous Operations Plant - work flexibility is required
• Some travel could be required for onboarding, training, ongoing operational excellence and other purposes. Travel will, for the most part, take place Monday – Friday.
