JOB – Control System Engineer

LOCATION - Monroe, OH

TERM - Permanent

SALARY- $100,000 per annum + Bonus

My client – a manufacturer of Machinery and Process Equipment are on the lookout for a number of experienced Electrical / Control System Engineers to join their team on a Permanent basis near Monroe, OH.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Programming of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs, with a focus on improving and maintaining the reliability of automated production systems.

Those with experience in driving the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within Heavy Manufacturing industries will be of particular interest.

The Control System Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

• BS or MS in Electrical, Electronic, Controls or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Understanding of PLC Programming using Allen-Bradley / Rockwell and Siemens Software.
• Hands on Production line maintenance and implementation experience.
• Strong Electrical Hardware knowledge.
• Industry background within heavy manufacturing; i.e foundries, metalwork, mining etc.
• Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

The Control System Engineer's role will involve:

• Implementation of new manufacturing and process equipment within an established production facility.
• Maintaining Electrical equipment with a continuous improvement focus.
• Programming PLCs for the control of Instrumentation and Machinery (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell).
• Programming motor control (AC, DC), drives and instrumentation systems.
• Liaising with colleagues on other engineering tasks and projects as required
