This is a Entry Level full-time position with base pay + uncapped commission.

• This is a full desk position meaning you will be responsible for both the recruiting side and the sales/account management side of the industry.

What We're Hiring For

• This is a Full Desk Position in which you will be developing business relationships with hiring managers within the Engineering and Information Technology fields and recruiting candidates for them.

Duties:

• Properly identify through phone networking and research a client company's hiring manager's/decision makers.
• Effectively negotiate between technical personnel and hiring managers via phone and email.
• You will utilize proven recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the Engineering & IT Fields.
• Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and other resources to find potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, sales experience OR ( bachelors degree is a plus)
• Motivated by money and willing to work hard to earn it
• Must be energetic, positive, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Team player; enjoys having a positive impact on others
• Seeks out an opportunity for personal & professional development
