MacDonald Law Group, LLC, is a client-centric firm with a varied complex civil litigation practice, handling matters of construction defect, toxic tort, and product liability defense, among others. Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff on complex legal matters.
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Contribute to the firm's growth and success.

Position Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Maryland Bar, with membership to or eligibility to waive into D.C. Bar preferred
• 0 – 2 years of experience, with experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing deadlines in multiple matters.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
