As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you’ll help plan and execute live events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, detail-oriented, and eager to gain real-world experience in event management, marketing, and client relations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
  • Communicate with clients professionally to understand event goals, timelines, and expectations
  • Coordinate event setup, teardown, staffing, and vendor relationships
  • Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth event operations
  • Gather client and attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting

 

Qualifications
