Job Description

We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our fast-paced team and help bring live marketing campaigns to life. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting engaging brand experiences, and working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer interactions, assisting with event operations, and supporting brand initiatives for our clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience , professional mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your skills in event management, customer engagement, and marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing live events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
• Interact with customers, share brand information, and create a positive on-site experience
• Help manage event logistics, including setup, coordination, and breakdown
• Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
• Work with the marketing team to meet goals for outreach, participation, and engagement
• Offer creative input to improve event strategies and overall customer experience
• Track participation metrics and feedback to support campaign performance reports
• Participate in team workshops, meetings, and field training to continue learning and developing
