Salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of our classified work, and applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in developing automations using UiPath Studio (internship or academic experience is acceptable).
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365 tools and APIs.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Preferred experience with UiPath Orchestrator and REFramework, as well as exposure to VB.NET, C#, or Python for automation scripting.
• Prior experience in supporting federal healthcare or DoD environments is a plus.
• An UiPath Certified RPA Associate or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• I design, develop, and test both attended and unattended UiPath automations based on stakeholder requirements.
• I configure and manage workflows in UiPath Orchestrator to ensure reliable scheduling and execution.
• I integrate UiPath solutions with Microsoft O365 tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.
• I collaborate closely with Navy Medicine stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document business processes.
• I translate user requirements into technical specifications and automation logic.
• I provide demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to end-users and government leads.
• I monitor deployed automations for performance and reliability and address any issues in production environments.
• I maintain documentation and version control for all automation assets and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and data handling standards.
• I adhere to UiPath and agency best practices for creating secure and maintainable automation developments.
• I participate in additional project work or duties as assigned by the program manager.

TekFive is looking for a Junior RPA Developer to support our automation initiatives within the DoD Medical Enterprise. In this position, I will work alongside Navy Medicine stakeholders, business analysts, and technical staff to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions utilizing UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. My contributions will be within the Microsoft O365 ecosystem, and I will engage in projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing manual workload across Navy Medicine. While this is a hybrid remote position, I prefer candidates who reside within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX, to facilitate in-person meetings. Occasional travel may be required to meet customer needs.
