Relevant Information
This is not a remote position and is an in-office role--the first 90-120 days are the most critical for training and peer-to-peer mentorship, which requires maximum in-office availability
Requirements
Exceptional customer service abilities and the natural ability to be authentic
Strong verbal communication skills, ability to clearly enunciate and hold long conversations varying from different personalities
Ability to research online, reference source materials, and synthesize information into a new form of presentation
Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven environment
