A respected, boutique estate planning and probate firm in Palm City, Florida is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing practice. This role is open at the Associate or Senior Associate level , based on hands-on experience and matter complexity — not years licensed .
The firm is entering its busiest season and is looking for an attorney who can step in with confidence, manage meaningful client work, and contribute immediately within a well-run, systems-driven practice.

Draft and administer trust-based estate plans
Manage formal probate administrations
Work closely with assigned paralegals and support staff
Participate in daily huddles and case strategy reviews
Deliver empathetic, detail-oriented client counsel
Operate within proven systems and processes
Substantial experience drafting trust-based estate plans
Lead attorney experience managing formal probate matters
Proficiency with advanced estate planning strategies, including:
Charitable Trusts
Irrevocable Trusts
Flat ILITs
GRATs
QPRTs
LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification strongly preferred
Solid foundation in estate planning and probate
Comfortable managing files with supervision
Eager to grow within a structured, high-volume practice
Senior Associate: $120,000 – $150,000 + Bonus
Associate: $100,000 – $120,000 + Bonus
Compensation is based on experience and matter volume.
