• Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, ensuring clients feel confident and informed.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.
• Stay updated on legal trends and changes in estate planning laws to offer the most current advice.
• Work closely with our team to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and firm success.
• Conduct thorough research to support case preparation and ensure comprehensive client representation.
• Participate in community outreach and educational events to promote estate planning awareness and our firm's services.

Qualifications:

• Florida licensed attorney with 5-7 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice that empowers clients to make informed decisions.
• Proven track record of drafting and finalizing comprehensive estate planning documents.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Up-to-date knowledge of estate planning laws and legal trends.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Excellent communication skills for participating in community outreach and educational events.
