Description Seeking Attorney with estate planning experience to join a law firm in Greensboro, Georgia. This role involves assisting individuals and businesses with creating tailored plans for wealth preservation, succession planning, and legal matters related to estate administration. - Develop customized estate planning strategies, including wills and trusts, to meet the unique needs of clients. - Advise clients on business succession planning and wealth preservation techniques. - Represent clients in probate proceedings, ensuring efficient administration of estates. - Provide guidance on estate administration processes, including the distribution of assets and resolution of disputes. - Collaborate with individuals and families to create comprehensive plans for managing private wealth. - Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in estate and probate law. - Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning and administration. - Offer legal counsel to clients regarding tax implications and financial strategies tied to their estate plans. - Work closely with clients to address concerns and provide clear explanations of legal procedures. - Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service in all legal matters. Requirements - Must be a licensed attorney with active bar membership in the state. - Demonstrated expertise in estate law, including wills and trusts. - Proficiency in probate and estate administration processes. - Experience in advising clients on wealth preservation and succession planning. - Strong knowledge of probate litigation and related legal procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients. - Ability to conduct thorough legal research and draft precise legal documents. - Relevant experience in estate and probate law.
