Your Role:
✔️ Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial construction projects.
✔️ Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate takeoffs.
✔️ Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
✔️ Identify project risks and opportunities to optimize costs and efficiency.
✔️ Work closely with project managers and leadership to strategize successful project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction.
✅ Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar).
✅ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
✅ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail.
✅ Local market knowledge and subcontractor relationships in Austin, TX , a plus!
