Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Channelview, TX at RUS Industrial, LLC. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring project profitability. Additionally, the Estimator will analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to create detailed estimates.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Experience in reading and interpreting construction and technical documents
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in various estimating software and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, Excel proficiency mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in industrial (petro-chemical) estimating is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
