Prestigious hedge fund located in the heart of NYC is seeking an extremely pro-active, take-charge Executive Assistant to support a small group or Investment executives with managing calendars, expense reports, schedules, travel and meeting arrangements. In addition to the standard EA responsibilities, this individual will be responsible for everything as it relates to coaching Executive Assistants: oversee onboarding, build team events and managing budgets for the team. Must have 8+ years of EA experience and have the experience and/or capability and mentality to provide significant oversight for a team. Exceptional time management skills and prior experience working within the investment arena required. MS Office and CRM, Salesforce.
Base salary up to 175K plus extremely lucrative bonus and sensational benefits.
