Introduction:
Looking for paralegal 5+ years' experience with commercial federal court litigation (patent litigation a plus). They have a smaller firm with 7 lawyers. Exclusively plaintiff side patent litigation, bonus, pay all healthcare premiums, provide lunch every day, 401K. Pretty laidback office.
Duties:
Duties include case filings, calendaring deadlines, trial preparation, court communication, maintain case files, help prepare infringement contingents, depo notices, prepare exhibits for filing, proofreading and standard paralegal tasks. Trial attendance (they have had 2 trials in the past 6 years)- cases usually settle.
Responsibilities:
Salary Range: $75K - $90K
Work Site:
Hybrid Flexibility: Allowing paralegals 2 days remote. Hours: Based on 40 hour work week.
