Job Title: Field Service Technician (Break/Fix – Electrical)

Locations: Northern Virginia | Atlanta, GA | Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $35–$45/hour + Overtime (1.5x) + 5% Annual Bonus

Travel: 100% Regional | Use Own Vehicle | Mileage Reimbursed | Company Card (gas, parking, meals)

About the Role:

• We’re seeking a dependable, hands-on Field Service Technician to support our clients in mission-critical environments—including data centers, server farms, hospitals, and other high-uptime facilities. You’ll work exclusively with power distribution equipment , handling both emergency break/fix service calls and scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) checks under active service contracts.
• This role offers regional travel, independence in the field, and a strong support structure. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving electrical challenges, working with minimal supervision, and keeping essential infrastructure running reliably.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to emergency service requests and provide on-site repair of power distribution equipment
• Perform routine PM inspections and testing at contracted client facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair high-voltage electrical systems with a strong focus on safety and compliance
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal support teams, and customer service
• Accurately log service reports, hours, and expenses
• Travel regionally using your own vehicle— all mileage, gas, parking, and meals covered
• Be available for on-call rotation , including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Average 40–50 hours/week, with guaranteed overtime pay and flexible PTO scheduling

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on electrical experience (high-voltage preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics ability
• Clear, professional communication skills for client-facing service
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Reliability and willingness to be on-call for critical service needs
• Military background is a plus but not required
