Our client, is seeking a Finance Associate-Entry level to join their team. As a Finance Associate-Entry level, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Finance Associate-Entry level

Location: Chester, NY 10918

Pay Range: $18-$21.5hr

What's the Job?

• Support daily treasury operations and assist with bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial reporting and perform data entry tasks
• Reconcile and journalize all cash collections on the general ledger
• Conduct bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues
• Assist with monthly corporate disbursement bank reconciliations and treasury activities
  
  

What's Needed?

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, banking, finance, or bookkeeping preferred
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
