We’re a dynamic, fast-growing company in the beverage alcohol, NA, and Luxury Hospitality space, and we're looking for a Finance Manager who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. If forecasting feels like fortune-telling and analyzing P&Ls feels like unraveling mysteries, you're exactly who we're looking for!

This is a full-time, on-site role at our buzzing HQ in downtown Louisville, KY.

What You'll Do

-Forecast Guru: Craft accurate and insightful forecasts for multiple divisions—such as our Creative Agency, Production Studio, Hospitality Dept., Artisan Woodshop, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and beyond.

Your numbers will shape business strategies and drive major decisions.

-P&L Pioneer: Dive into P&Ls like a detective, helping leadership teams clearly understand their numbers and navigate their next big move.

-Collaboration Champion: Work side-by-side with our in-house accountant, bringing your analytical prowess to her rockstar accounting skills. Together, you'll audit numbers, tackle scenarios, and uncover financial opportunities.

-Scenario Strategist: Model out various business scenarios, analyzing potential outcomes, risks, and growth opportunities. You're the compass guiding our leadership team through financial landscapes.

-Excel Wizardry: Harness Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Numbers Airtables, DataRails, and QuickBooks to create clear, compelling financial analyses that inform and inspire.

Who You Are

- Obsessed with finance and puzzles who loves turning numbers into stories (and stories into success).

-Someone who embraces a fast-paced environment, thrives amidst complexity , and enjoys collaboration as much as independent problem-solving.

-You have experience in analyst roles or similar projects (3+ years preferred) .

-An Excel maestro comfortable navigating Airtable, DataRails, QuickBooks, and Slack (bonus points for creative GIF usage).

- Obsessed with accuracy but agile enough to pivot when the business evolves (because it always does).

-Finance Degree preferred, but your passion and proficiency might speak louder.
