Fire Alarm Installer – Full-Time | Dallas, TX | $55K–$75K DOE

About the Role:

As a Fire Alarm Installer, you’ll play a vital role in installing, servicing, and testing top-of-the-line residential and commercial systems. You’ll be working with fire alarms, CCTV, burglar alarms, and access control systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong growth path, a supportive team, and performance-based bonuses for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service fire alarm systems in commercial, industrial, and construction settings
• Conduct building inspections and perform fire/life safety system testing
• Read project schedules, CAD drawings, and connection sheets
• Troubleshoot, repair, and program systems as needed
• Complete system upgrades and additions to improve functionality
• Handle emergency service calls (during and after hours)
• Perform bi-annual system inspections to ensure code compliance
• Support contractors during inspection and corrective work
• Accurately document service and inspection reports

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a fire alarm technician or installer
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems
• Valid Fire Alarm License (FAL) required
• NICET II Certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work varied shifts
• Physically able to lift, climb, and move throughout the workday
