We're an AI-native succession platform, designed to streamline, democratize, and accelerate the sale of legacy industrial businesses. We’re venture backed by the likes of Motivate VC, who believed in us early and are doubling down for the next round! Since our founding, we’ve skyrocketed from $0 mid last year to nearly $600K in ARR today.

At Boom, we’re not just building technology—we’re transforming how small businesses navigate succession. Our "Succession as a Service" platform leverages AI-agents to help Baby Boomer-owned industrial SMBs seamlessly transition knowledge, leadership, and ownership to the next generation of great entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Do

💡 Architect and develop AI-driven systems for business analysis and decision-making.

🧠 Build and deploy intelligent agents that streamline complex financial and operational workflows.

🚀 Work directly with the CEO and founding team to scale from MVP to market dominance.

🛠️ Own the technical roadmap, from model selection to deployment.

🤝 Shape the culture and recruit top-tier technical talent.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Build fast and break things.

✅ Proven experience (GitHub / various projects) building and deploying AI/ML systems, especially AI agents.

✅ Obsessed with AI and believe agents are the future with sick projects to show for it

✅ Full-stack chops with deep backend expertise.

✅ Startup DNA: You move fast, own outcomes, and thrive in ambiguity.

✅ Passion for solving meaningful problems at scale.

✅ Bonus: Experience in fintech, SMB markets, or M&A tech.
