Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Architect with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical to lead strategic solutioning, design, and delivery across complex enterprise environments. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive tangible business value through current state assessments, defining business models and structures, and developing compelling business cases to support transformational initiatives. You will act as a subject matter expert, contributing to high-level decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Current State Assessments: Analyze and document existing systems, processes, and pain points to identify high-level customer requirements and areas for improvement.

• Solution Architecture: Design scalable and sustainable business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that align with customer goals and strategic vision.

• Business Case Development: Create and present business cases that clearly outline value realization, ROI, and strategic benefits of proposed solutions.

• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Strategy to guide solution development and influence major decisions.

• Team Leadership: Serve as the functional SME; manage, mentor, and guide teams to ensure alignment with architecture principles and performance expectations.

• Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges across multiple teams and functions.

• Governance and Decision-Making: Participate in key governance forums to contribute to architecture direction, solution standards, and enterprise strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical

• Proven experience performing value architecture, realization strategy, and business case development

• Strong expertise in business design, business model strategy, and solution architecture

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive consensus, and deliver results in cross-functional settings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
