Role and Responsibilities:

• Measuring and accurately cutting building materials (when needed).
• Assembling structures according to specifications and direction is given by the lead.
• Building structures with SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms), wood framing, and supporting materials.
• Always keep the job site clean and organized by putting away their tools and materials after use, sweeping up, and performing other cleaning tasks.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

There are no specific training requirements for this position. However, we require you to have a high school diploma or G.E.D. An ability to read and perform basic math is important to help you progress and safely perform your job.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints.
• Measuring and planning. Knowledge of building code applications.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures.
• Use of saws and other power tools.
• Use of various hand tools.
