Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set in general maintenance and repair work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

  1. Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential or commercial settings.
  2. Handle plumbing issues such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
  3. Conduct electrical repairs including replacing outlets, light fixtures, and switches.
  4. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed.
  5. Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal.
  6. Install flooring, tiles, or other materials as required.
  7. Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  8. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  2. Proficiency in various trade skills, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
