Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for design, capable of transforming ideas and concepts into visually appealing and impactful designs.

What you’ll be doing:

Design Creation: Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic & motion designs for store branding, POSM design, digital media, print media, outdoor advertisements, layoutsand other marketing collaterals.

Product Packaging: Create unique and attractive packaging that increases product desirability.

Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, tech-team, web-team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members, making necessary adjustments to designs based on constructive criticism.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a modern and innovative approach to design.

Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.

Technical Skills (KPI will be based on these)

1. Proficiency in Design Softwarelike Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CorelDraw, Canva and so on
2. Ability to understand the creative brief
3. Ability to identify design challenges and propose effective solutions
4. Clarity in core concepts and rule of graphic design
5. Percentage of designs produced without errors or revisions
6. Knowledge of print and web file formats
7. Good written & verbal knowledge of English, Hindi & Gujarati language

Behavioral Skills (KPI will be based on these)

2. Ability to handle multiple projects within timeline
3. Updating with new trends and design tools
