Graphic Designer / Shipping Associate - Entry Level – Eversole Run
Full-Time | On-Site | Columbus, Ohio
Eversole Run, a dynamic supplier in the promotional products industry with over 25 years of experience, is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is primarily focused on graphic design but also includes warehouse responsibilities and customer service. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design (Primary Focus 60%):
• Create virtual designs for custom apparel
• Prepare print-ready production files
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure artwork meets client expectations and production specifications
• Maintain and update marketing material for both clients and internal use
• Stay current with design and apparel trends to bring fresh ideas and modern aesthetics to projects
• Assist with client communication regarding artwork approvals, revisions, and timelines
• Provide friendly, professional customer service via email and phone
• Support the sales team with artwork-related inquiries or revisions
Warehouse Work (Secondary Focus 40%):
• Ensures that all materials are handled and shipped properly
• Organize and package product samples or finished goods
• Operates pallet jack and other material handling equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Ability to manage daily workload and be self-motivated
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required, advanced education degree is a plus
• Experience in graphic design, please provide a link to portfolio (experience in the promotional products industry a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to assist in non-design tasks as needed
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
