Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join an established and expanding medical practice group in the Miami, FL. This role will oversee the patient flow and the daily operations of the medical practice and be responsible for the effective administration of the facility and its employees. This is a management role.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with physicians to ensure patient satisfaction
• Provides direct supervision to medical staff, front desk staff, environmental staff and other staff as assigned including hiring, terminating, conducting performance reviews, recommendation of salary increases, etc.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies
• Ensures that all employees conduct themselves in accordance to the policies established by the company
• Oversees and maintains a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors
• Works with billing department to assure proper coding as per physician diagnosis
• Various related duties as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree of 3+ years of relevant experience
• Management experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• CPR certification
• Experience with MS Office
