Job Description

We are seeking a Field Technician with strong vehicle mechanic experience to join our Baltimore team and provide service to forklifts and other equipment throughout the greater metro area. You will be the point person for our most important customers (which is to say, all of them), so the ability to work, think, and operate independently is a must. You must also have your own tools.
Responsibilities
For this position, you will need to:
Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP fueled)
Identify potential technical problems and determine required repairs
Maintain equipment service records
Conduct regular PM checks onsite at customer locations
Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with manufacturers’ specifications
Have hydraulic experience
Have diesel experience
Have an aptitude for electrical systems
Be a safe driver with a clean driving record
Be able to pass preemployment physical exam, background check, and drug screen
Bonus: Do you have prior mechanical and technical experience with large mobile equipment ? That's strongly preferred!
