Backed by leading venture capital firms, AvantStay is rapidly growing in the $100+ billion short-term rental and hospitality industry, offering elevated service, curated design, and seamless technology to travelers worldwide.

What we are looking for…
We are seeking a Hotel Valet & Bellman who is warm, professional, and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you’ll provide both valet and bell services—greeting guests, assisting with luggage, parking vehicles safely, and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, guest-facing work and takes pride in providing exceptional service that reflects AvantStay’s brand standards.

What you’ll do…

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing attentive and professional assistance.
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following all property and safety procedures.
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, ensuring proper handling and delivery to guest rooms.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities, property features, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and guest information.
  • Keep valet and bell areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Support the front desk team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Provide directions, recommendations, and information about AvantStay properties and local attractions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
  • Uphold AvantStay’s brand image and service standards at all times.

Requirements

What you’ll bring…

  • Previous hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
  • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must reside in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage/items up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and moving quickly for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and safely push luggage carts.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate guest vehicles.

Benefits

When you join AvantStay…
You’ll be part of a dynamic and innovative hospitality brand redefining how people travel. Your role will directly impact the guest journey, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and memorable.

Perks and Benefits...

  • Competitive hourly pay ($16-18/hr plus tips)
  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
  • Discounted stays at AvantStay properties
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture
