About the Role:

PHL Food & Shops is looking for a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our airport concessions housekeeping operations at Philadelphia International Airport. In this role, you’ll ensure that the airport’s food and retail spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety — helping deliver an outstanding guest experience every day. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across all airport concession areas
• Manage, train, and support housekeeping team members to ensure high performance and service standards
• Monitor compliance with operational rules, safety procedures, and cleanliness expectations
• Maintain and manage inventory of supplies and necessary equipment
• Assist in the development and implementation of training, safety, and risk management programs
• Serve as a key point of contact for merchants and respond promptly to operational concerns
• Oversee safety hazard reporting and ensure incident protocols are followed
• Flex scheduling support as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred, especially in housekeeping, facilities, or operations environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage several priorities at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability to ensure appropriate supervision at all times
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office knowledge preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Some knowledge of floor care and housekeeping best practices is a plus
