Human Resources Associate

Schedule: Hybrid

Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr +PLUS (depending on experience)

Job Purpose

The Human Resources Associate is responsible for processing new hire documentation, assisting with payroll, and ensuring accurate data entry into the HR system. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources team and collaborates with multiple departments to facilitate seamless personnel operations.

Essential Functions

• Accurately enter new hire information and maintain employee records within the HR system.
• Manage onboarding materials by downloading and uploading documents into the electronic file management system.
• Respond to inquiries from field administration, recruiting, and payroll, providing clear and concise information.
• Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in human resources.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and HR information systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and exercise sound judgment.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
