Our Clinet is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Specialist to support the full employee lifecycle within a professional, corporate HR environment. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding, strong operational support, and consistent follow-through across HR processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, structured corporate setting and is confident managing multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full employee lifecycle , with a strong focus on onboarding and new-hire integration.
Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, background checks, system access, and new-hire setup.
Maintain employee records, process HR transactions, and support HRIS updates (Workday experience preferred).
Support compliance activities, including audits, I-9 verification, and policy adherence.
Assist in benefits administration, employee changes, status updates, and HR reporting tasks.
Provide professional, high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and business partners.
Ensure all HR processes are completed accurately and on time , with strong follow-through until closure.
Identify process gaps and proactively implement improvements in HR operations.
Collaborate with HR team members on projects, onboarding cycles, and employee experience initiatives.
Bachelor s degree required.
2 5+ years of experience in a corporate HR environment (professional services, finance, banking, investment, or corporate office).
Hands-on experience with onboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle support.
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive approach with consistent follow-through; keeps tasks moving without reminders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; polished and professional demeanor.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week , increasing to 4 days onsite starting April .
Standard corporate hours, with flexibility around business needs.
Three total interviews (each 30 mins).
Round 1: Virtual interview with Kacey (situational HR questions).
Round 2 & 3: Onsite with Kelli and Iris, back-to-back.
Preferred interview days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or early December.
