Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline, with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR.
- Previous HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and collaborative mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills will be a plus. 1.Manage day-to-day employee life-cycle processes, including on-boarding, probation confirmation, job transfers, off-boarding, contract administration, and personnel file management.
- Assist in driving corporate culture projects and organizing internal engagement activities.
- Support the planning and execution of training programs, including communications, on-site coordination, and feedback analysis.
- Provide operational support across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Build strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Undertake other HR-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.
