ReVive Orthopedics Spine & Sports Medicine is seeking a skilled and professional Human Resources Generalist to join our healthcare team. We are looking to hire an experienced and strategic Human Resources Generalist to lead our HR functions and drive initiatives that support our organizational objectives. The HR Generalist will serve as a key advisor to leadership, managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, and workforce development. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role is integral to cultivating a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Human Resources Leadership: - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and operational objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Maintain and enhance a company culture that supports employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring the selection of high-caliber candidates who align with company values and operational needs.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top industry talent.
- Streamline onboarding programs to enhance new employee integration, training, and retention.
Employee Relations & Performance Management: - Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and management, fostering a supportive and compliant workplace.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and professional development plans.
- Implement employee recognition programs that reinforce high performance and company values.
HR Compliance & Policy Development: - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, OSHA, and EEOC regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential HR-related liabilities.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Administration: - Oversee the administration of competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Evaluate and optimize benefits offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational competitiveness.
Learning & Development: - Design and implement training programs that support employee skill development, leadership growth, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote continuous learning opportunities through workshops, mentorship programs, and career development initiatives.
- Assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on organizational needs.
HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement: - Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, drive strategic decision-making, and improve HR processes.
- Implement HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, reporting, and employee experience.
- Regularly benchmark industry best practices to ensure HR policies and programs remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role (preferably in a healthcare setting).
- HR certification or in process of obtaining (e.g., SHRM,PHR, SPHR)
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices in HR management.
Background in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Experience supporting multi-state and/or multi-location operations
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, credentialing, and employee onboarding across varied sites
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and HR analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence employees at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
