Job Title: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Staten Island, NY (Projects in Manhattan and the 5 Boroughs)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 (Based on Experience)

We are seeking motivated and experienced HVAC Project Managers at various levels to join our team, focusing on new construction projects for commercial buildings across Manhattan and the 5 boroughs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company on high-profile projects, providing leadership and expertise in HVAC systems management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee HVAC installation and construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all projects meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular updates, and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage procurement of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Resolve any on-site issues and troubleshoot HVAC system challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC project management, particularly in commercial construction (required).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, design, and installation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
