As the HVAC Superintendent , you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will support the development and maintenance of project schedules, coordinate daily field activities, and lead all on-site trades to ensure seamless execution. Clear communication with the project team is essential, and you will help promote a culture of safety and accountability across the job site.

Details/Summary

The Superintendent oversees the day-to-day installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment across a variety of commercial project types. This role requires frequent collaboration with general contractors, project managers, and field teams. You will participate in weekly construction meetings, resolve issues proactively, and maintain strong working relationships across all project partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant HVAC field or supervisory experience.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems, including geothermal systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proficiency in commercial construction disciplines: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining project schedules.
