Butterfield’s Ice Cream is a locally owned homemade ice cream shop dedicated to crafting delicious, high-quality ice creams using fresh ingredients with no artificial colors. We are passionate about delivering a delightful experience to our customers and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and churn homemade ice cream following our unique recipes
• Measure and mix ingredients with precision to maintain consistency and quality
• Operate and maintain ice cream machines and kitchen equipment
• Chop chocolate bars and prepare mix-ins for ice cream flavors
• Make chocolate fudge and dough for cookies used in ice cream and sandwiches
• Stock and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring ingredients are replenished as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Assist in creating new flavors and experimenting with ingredients
• Follow health and safety regulations for food preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation or kitchen work (preferred but not required)
• Passion for ice cream and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Dependable, hardworking, and a team player
