Role Description
Limitless Land Services, LLC is seeking Acquisition Agents for on site and hybrid roles located in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. The project is long term, for an established client and is currently active. The agent will be responsible for identifying potential landowners, developing relationships, and negotiating lease, purchase and right of way agreements for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and expertise in navigating local and state regulations. Must be organized, able to stay on task and able to think outside the box. Some travel is required as the agent will also conduct onsite visits and work closely with landowners to negotiate agreements and facilitate payment. Background check and qualified references who are able to provide past project success are required.
