Influencer Specialist

If you’re experienced in both paid and non-paid influencer strategies and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.).
• Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers for both paid and organic partnerships.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation for paid influencer engagements.
• Strategically engage and motivate non-paid influencers and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with internal creative, PR, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, compiling reports and insights.
• Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social media, and digital engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (agency experience a plus).
• Influencer Savvy: Strong knowledge of both paid and non-paid influencer strategies, platforms, and best practices.
• Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build authentic relationships with influencers and creators.
• Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating contracts and compensation with influencers and agencies.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Detail-oriented with outstanding project management and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity: Innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with influencer platforms/tools (AspireIQ, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, etc.) and major social media channels.
• Passion: A genuine love for influencer culture, brand storytelling, and digital trends.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working with both micro and macro influencers
• Familiarity with compliance and FTC guidelines
• Content creation or copywriting skills
