Job Description

As an IT Support & Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing IT support to attorneys, paralegals and support staff, as well as managing all incoming and outgoing shipments and delivery of legal files and documents to Nassau, Suffolk and Queens County courts, co-counsel and clients. In addition, you will assist with the ordering of office supplies, technology equipment, and client-related shipments as well as managing the relationship with outside IT support vendor.

Key Responsibilitie

sIT Support & Maintenanc

• eProvide on-site technical support for office computers, printers, copiers, and other technology equipment
• .Assist with troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, including coordinating with external vendors as necessary
• .Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new technology equipment
• .Support the IT team in routine maintenance tasks and technology upgrades

Shipping & Receivi

• ngManage outgoing shipments of client materials and legal documents through FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carrier
• s.Track and organize incoming shipments of office supplies, technology equipment, and client-related material
• s.Receive, unpack, and distribute office and kitchen supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operationa
• l.Coordinate with external vendors for timely deliveries and shipment
