What You'll Do:
🏥 Review and analyze inpatient medical records for coding accuracy
📋 Assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes following official guidelines
💰 Support revenue cycle by ensuring proper DRG assignment
🔍 Query physicians for clarification when documentation is incomplete
📊 Maintain coding productivity and quality standards
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coding policies
What We're Looking For:
✅ 1+ years of inpatient coding experience
✅ Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding systems
✅ Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
✅ RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification preferred
✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✅ Ability to work independently in remote environment
