Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instructional Designer for Healthcare VR projects at Virtual World Innovators. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development for healthcare VR projects.

Qualifications

• Needs Analysis, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design skills
• Training & Development and Learning Management expertise
• Experience with XR technologies and healthcare industry knowledge
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Needs to be available for traveling to client location (outside state)
• U.S. work authorization required. Only candidates who are authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
