A premier firm (our client) is looking for a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join their team.
Varied responsibilities, including, gathering of preliminary technical information for patent assessment, monitoring deadlines for various domestic and foreign patent activities, preparing and filing documents with the USPTO, and docketing of U.S. and foreign patent matters, including patents and license agreements.
Experience with both Domestic and Foreign patent prosecution is required.
