Location: Beaver Dam, WI

What You’ll Do

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks: framing, drywall, finish work, and more.
• Execute caulking, construction painting, and fixture installation.
• Form concrete for foundations and structural elements.
• Install flooring and fabricate custom woodwork.
• Participate in restoration projects, bringing structures back to life.
• Lift and move materials and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Mentor and train future apprentices.

What We’re Looking For

• **Journeyman card **or 5–6+ years of commercial construction experience .
• Strong carpentry skills with a portfolio of completed work.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Roofing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and working in various conditions.
